Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver within a 7 km radius from each Saffron Slice kitchen across major neighborhoods. Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and weather.
At checkout, our system validates your address automatically. If your pin code is outside our radius, you’ll see a pickup option or the next available delivery slot.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Last orders are accepted until 10:45 PM.
For bulk or corporate orders, we can schedule deliveries earlier on request. Use the “Ask a question” form to plan ahead.
Do you have pure veg options?
Yes. Over 60% of our menu is vegetarian, including classics like Margherita and Paneer Tikka, plus our signature Saffron Veg Supreme.
We maintain dedicated prep zones and color-coded utensils to minimize cross-contact. Please note we operate a single facility, so trace allergens cannot be ruled out entirely.
Are there Jain-friendly pizzas?
Absolutely. We offer Jain-friendly customizations with no onion, garlic, or root vegetables. Choose “Jain prep” at checkout or mention it in the order notes.

Can I adjust the spice level?
Yes. Choose Mild, Medium, or Hot. We can also pack chili flakes and house-made chili oil on the side to fine-tune heat at home.
Do you have whole wheat or gluten-free crusts?
We offer a 50% whole-wheat crust at no extra charge. A gluten-free crust is available for medium pizzas with a small surcharge.
Note While we take care, gluten cross-contact is possible in a shared kitchen. If you have celiac disease, please consult your physician before ordering.
What about allergens like dairy or nuts?
Common allergens in our kitchen include gluten (wheat), dairy (cheese), soy, and tree nuts (pesto may contain cashew). For any severe allergy, please call us at +91 98234 56780 before ordering.

Is your chicken halal-certified?
Yes, we source halal-certified chicken from audited suppliers. Certificates are available on request.
Can I customize toppings and cheese?
Absolutely. Choose extra cheese, sauce swaps, add-ons, or remove any topping. The live price updates in your cart instantly.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. After payment, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS and email with real-time updates: Preparing → Baking → Out for Delivery → Arriving.
What’s the best way to reheat pizza?
Use a skillet on medium heat for 3–4 minutes covered to crisp the base and melt the cheese. Oven method: 200°C for 6–8 minutes on a preheated tray. Avoid microwaving to keep crust crisp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), major debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. For corporate invoices, NEFT/RTGS is available.
Are taxes and delivery charges included in prices?
Menu prices are exclusive of GST as applicable. Delivery fee varies by distance and is shown clearly at checkout. Orders above ₹499 often qualify for free delivery during promos.
Where do I apply coupons or promo codes?
Apply codes in the cart before payment. Valid offers are applied automatically; if a code isn’t recognized, check expiration and minimum order value.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes. Choose “Contactless” at checkout and add a drop-off instruction. Our riders will notify you upon arrival and leave the order at your doorstep.
